Delta 8 is federally legal per the 2018 Farm Bill as long as it is derived from hemp and has .3% or less of Delta 9 THC. However, some states have banned the sale and use of Delta 8 THC. It is best to always check your local state laws before purchasing a product that contains Delta 8 THC.
