Hemp cigarettes can be made with or without THC. However, when they contain THC there are only trace amounts of 0.3% or less of Delta 9 THC for legal reasons. Due to there being only trace amounts, they should not induce any euphoria. However, they can trigger a positive result on a drug test when consumed.
